FAQ
1. What makes Hilltop Village Senior Living unique?
Hilltop Village Senior Living is a single-level community designed to support both independent and assisted living residents. Many residents choose to move in at an independent level and have the option to add supportive services over time—without the disruption of relocating. Personalized assistance is provided by trusted Resident Companions, allowing residents to receive care within the comfort of their own apartment while maintaining familiarity, dignity, and independence.
2. What is the difference between Independent Living, Assisted Living, and a nursing home?
Independent Living is ideal for seniors who want to enjoy a maintenance-free lifestyle while remaining largely self-sufficient. Residents live in private apartments and enjoy community amenities such as housekeeping, maintenance, laundry services, and life-enrichment activities. Optional support services may be available as needs change.
Assisted Living offers residents the privacy of their own apartment along with added support from trained staff. Services may include assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as medication management, mobility, bathing, dressing, and personal care. Residents also enjoy shared community spaces, life-enrichment programming, housekeeping, and laundry services in a supportive, secure environment.
A nursing home provides 24-hour skilled medical care for individuals with higher medical needs, including complex nursing services and therapies. Hilltop Village is not a nursing home and does not provide skilled nursing care.
3. How do I pay for Hilltop Village Senior Living?
Hilltop Village offers affordable apartments and amenities at or below market rates, with pricing that includes many services and life-enrichment activities. Additional care services are available through individualized care packages that can be adjusted as a resident’s needs change.
Payment options may include:
