Current medical information is critical at the scene of an emergency medical incident. To ensure that patient medical information is available to responding paramedics, Hilltop Village institutes a Vial of Life Program with the Hilltop Village Vial of Life Capsule.

Hilltop Village encourages all local residents to participate and provides a Vial of Life Capsule, the corresponding Medical Emergency Information Form, and a refrigerator sticker for FREE! Participants simply complete the Medical Form, place it in the Vial of Life Capsule, and place the capsule in the refrigerator. The sticker is placed on the refrigerator so arriving paramedics are aware that the medical information is available for their use.
