Hilltop Village residents place a high value on independence. The selection of services covering transportation, activities, meals, housekeeping, security, and utilities, is what allows residents the freedom to pursue their individual interests and enjoy a fulfilling life. Shopping, reading, entertaining family and friends, or joining in one of the many activities can be done without worry, knowing that just about everything else is taken care of. Residents choose the level of services they need in order to do the things they want to do.

Hilltop Village offers three distinct levels of services so that you can maintain your independence while taking advantage of the wonderful amenities. It is important to know your options when selecting a home that is right for you.

Basic Services

• Scheduled Transportation. Hilltop Village has 2 buses and a mini-van to transport our residents to doctors appointments, stores, churches, and many other destinations our residents choose.
• Social & Religious Activities. Hilltop Village has a full time activities director whose only job is to plan activities, trips, and social events for our residents. We also have different churches that hold various church services and Bible studies within our community.
• Free Laundry Facilities. There are 5 laundry centers located throughout our community that are free for our residents to use.
• Monthly Housekeeping. Residents can have their apartments cleaned weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly by our dependable housekeeping staff.
• Emergency Pull-Cord. All of the Hilltop Village Apartments are equipped with an emergency response system. Each resident’s apartment has an emergency pull-cord that is monitored by our 24 hour Catered Life employees.
• Up & About Program. Hilltop Village checks on every resident every morning to make sure they have started their day okay.
• 24-Hour Caring Staff. Hilltop Village has a caring staff all day, every day to make sure that if a problem arises, we are here to help.

Deluxe Services

• Evening Meal. Residents can choose up to 3 home cooked meals a day, planned by our certified dietary manager and served restaurant style in our elegant dining room.
• Full Transportation. Hilltop Village has 2 buses and a mini-van to transport our residents to doctors appointments, stores, churches, and many other destinations our residents choose.
• Bi-Weekly Housekeeping. Residents can have their apartments cleaned weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly by our dependable housekeeping staff.
• Utilities. Hilltop Village pays the electric, water, and gas. Residents are only responsible for Cable TV, and telephone.

Premium Services

• Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner. Residents can choose up to 3 home cooked meals a day, planned by our certified dietary manager and served restaurant style in our elegant dining room.
• Weekly Linen Change. Hilltop Village will change the bedding weekly for our residents.
• Weekly Laundry Service. Weekly Laundry service includes personal items as well as bedding and towels, and is done in house by our caring staff.

Catered Care Services

• Emergency Pendants. All of the Hilltop Village Apartments are equipped with an emergency response system. Each resident can have a pendant that is monitored by our 24 hour Catered Life employees.
• Weekly Housekeeping. Residents can have their apartments cleaned weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly by our dependable housekeeping staff.
• Daily Bedmaking. Hilltop Village will make the beds every day for our residents.
• Escort Service. For those residents that need assistance, our caring staff will escort residents to and from the dining room, to activities, or the beauty shop.
• Meal/Medication Reminder. To make sure residents are taking their medications and eating when they should. Hilltop Village offers Meal and Medication reminders for those residents that need the extra attention.
