Hilltop Village was built in 1988. In 1993 the community was purchased by Giffin Management. Hilltop Village is owned and operated with the primary goal to provide Independent Living with Caring Assistance to its residents.

From the rich earth tones and pleasant decor to its spacious apartments, Hilltop Village has the warm and inviting feeling of home. Unlike other independent housing options that include assistance with daily living, Hilltop Village sheds the notion that quality care and independent living must take place in an institutional-like setting. Instead, every effort is made to provide an independent lifestyle, supportive of family and friends, with just the right amount of assistance to assure continued quality of life and most of all, the feeling of home.
